<p>If your pick up or return date is different to that on your invoice, please contact us to ensure a Trove representative is available to meet you.</p>
<h2 id="location" tabindex="-1">Location</h2>
<p>All rentals must be picked up and returned to our loading dock, located in the alley alongside the building. 1919 3rd Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90018. (See map below)</p>
<h2 id="notify-upon-arrival" tabindex="-1">Notify Upon Arrival</h2>
<p>Upon arriving, please call to have a Trove representative meet you at the dock. Our number is (213) 557-1878</p>
<h2 id="dock-door-access" tabindex="-1">Dock Door Access</h2>
<p>The roll-up door may be closed when you arrive. This is normal—just wait for the representative.</p>
<h2 id="loading-and-unloading" tabindex="-1">Loading and Unloading</h2>
<p>Trove representatives are not allowed to assist with loading or unloading. Please ensure you send enough handlers to manage the loading/offloading process.</p>
